Culture Vs. Organizational Culture


culture: "a particular society at a particular time and place",
Culture is a term used by social scientists for a people's whole way of life, it refers to ways of acting, feeling and thinking culture consists of all the ideas, objects, and ways of doing things created by a group and it includes arts, beliefs, customs, inventions, language, technology and traditions.


organizational culture:
is an idea in the field of organizational studies and managment which describes the psychology, attitudes, experiences, beliefs and values (personal and cultural values) of an organization.
organizational culture is the personality of the organization, is the workplace environment formulated from the interaction of the employees in the organization, is defined by all of the life experiences, strengths, weaknesses, education, upbringing, and so forth of the employees.
